Positive: We loved this place so much. Quiet, peaceful riverside. The cabin had everything you could ever need, and the hot tub was just glorious! Really nice woodburning stove for ambiance, and house was huge enough to accommodate 8+ people. Gorgeous sunroom with a cozy restaurant-like feel, with plenty of seating, games, puzzles and more. We hope to come back in September with grandkids for fishing, croquet, hammock (we'll bring our own), walks, campfires and to have a time to remember always.

Positive: My family had an excellent time at the cabin over Thanksgiving. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the decor was awesome. We’re already talking about a return visit in the summer to enjoy the river.

We will definitely be back! Positive: Location is amazing, property is beautiful. Right next to a stream that you can hear sitting outside. Wood stove, full kitchen, hot tub, and plenty of space on the house. Quiet and comfortable. We traveled as a couple but this would be a perfect place for a family.

We had a wonderful relaxing getaway for 6 adults In October. The bedrooms are very spacious & the loft was perfect for my husband & I. The sun room is amazing! The house has all you need to make your meals. We spent all our time outside around the fire ring or on the porch. Very close to down town Berkeley Springs too! My husband & I stayed here in July of 2022 with our 3 adult kids & our 8 year old grandson. It was perfect! We spent most of our time sitting in the river! We will be back for sure!!
